Privacy Policy

This policy covers the websites and apps operated by American Hard Money, LLC and its principals (“we”, “us”), including americanhardmoney.com, americanhard.money, and the private, internal apps we use to run our business, such as our contact-management app (“Framework CRM”).

What we collect

• What you send us. When you fill in a form on our websites (for example a loan request or investor interest form) we receive what you enter — typically your name, e-mail, phone, and details about a property or investment.
• Basic website data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.
• Site analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our websites — for example which pages are viewed, roughly where visits come from, and the type of device and browser. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology, and Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. We don't use it for advertising and we don't sell it. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
• Google account data (internal apps only). Our internal apps can be connected only by our own team members to their own Google accounts. With that person's permission, they read that account's e-mail headers and messages, contacts and calendar so the account owner can see their own correspondence and relationships in one place, and they can update that owner's contacts at the owner's request.

How we use it

• To answer your inquiry, evaluate and service loans, and keep in touch about business you've asked about.
• To keep our own records and contacts accurate.
• To meet legal, regulatory and accounting requirements.

Google user data

Our internal apps' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, Google user data is:

• used only to provide the app's features to the account owner who connected it;
• stored on that owner's own computer, not on third-party servers, and not sold;
• never used for advertising, and never used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models;
• not read by people other than the account owner, except with the owner's consent, for security, or as required by law.

You can disconnect an account at any time inside the app or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Sharing

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example Google Workspace for e-mail and forms, Google Analytics for site statistics, and Cloudflare for hosting), with parties involved in a loan you've asked us to consider (such as title companies, attorneys or co-lenders), or when the law requires it.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards, and keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to the address below.
